Tasting Notes
Medium yellow gold. Delicately caramel-accented woody spice, baked apple, inviting bouquet. Some woody notes on the palate, very fine, animating acidity structure, still very young, but everything in the right place, mineral, great sweet wine, great future, but still needs time. Shows many of the top French wines where to go.
