Deep ruby-garnet color with delicate violet highlights and a broader lightening at the rim. Ripe plum fruit underpinned by subtle spice, delicate blackberry jam, and a hint of nougat. Juicy, with good complexity; black berry fruit; well-integrated tannins; lingers nicely; a delicate hint of chocolate on the finish; a versatile pairing for meals with aging potential.
