Tasting from 22.03.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Cherry brandy, subtle wood, fragrant, cherry kermis, marzipan, very clear cherry fruit. The palate begins oily, then unfolds a fine-grained tannin, ripe acidity, beautiful fullness, has power, almost force (14.5%), but also charm and a nuanced, clear fruit.
