Bright medium golden yellow with silver reflections. Ripe notes of greengages and honeydew melon on the nose with a subtle herbal savouriness and dark minerality. Powerful on the palate with a core of yellow apple fruit and subtle acidity. There's a hint of caramel on the finish which shows good length. Already gluggable.
