The sparkling wine Pinot Brut Nature, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Stefan Meyer has been rated in 2018 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
This is straw coloured, with greenish reflections. On the nose it is citrusy, with a very fresh aroma of grass clippings, lime zest, blueberry, a hint of oak, and a piquant mousse. It has a juicy attack and is then persistent, with both core and body pronounced, and is tight and alcoholic. It is still a very young looking sparkling wine.
