Medium green yellow, silver reflections. Fine white tropical fruit, delicate lime zest, a hint of fresh grass and cape gooseberry, subtle honey touch, inviting bouquet. Juicy, elegant, good complexity, integrated acidity structure, Mirabelle plum, finely savoury finish, papaya in the aftertaste, a multi-layered food companion, equipped with great ageing potential.
