Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. Fine pear fruit, with a touch of caramel and herbal savouriness, delicate notes of baked apple, and a hint of orange zest. Taut, tightly meshed, white apple fruit, subtle acid structure, some nougat on the finish, and a lovely spiciness, it is a nicely matured food wine.
