Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green with silver reflections and a gentle mousse. On the nose there are aromas of ripe yellow tropical fruit, a breath of papaya, mango and blossom honey, a hint of fresh pear and candied orange zest. A powerful palate, with a touch of caramel, yellow apple fruit and rather discreet acidity. A creamy, lingering style, with some white nougat on the finish. (Disgorged 2/2021)
