Tasting Notes
Light greenish yellow with silver reflections and a delicate, persistent mousse. Delicate aromas of fresh yellow pear and mango on the nose, along with some blossom honey and a touch of grapefruit zest. Juicy and minerally on the palate, with discreet greengage fruit, some caramel and a delicate herbal savouriness on the finish. (Disgorged 3/2021)
