Tasting Notes
Medium greenish yellow in colour with silver reflections, and a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose, aromas of delicate yellow tropical fruit, a hint of pear, floral aspects, and a touch of blossom honey. The palate is elegant, balanced and powerful, with ripe fruit, a hint of vanilla, and notes of fine caramel on the long finish, good ageing potential. (L04/25).
