Tasting Notes

91+
Tasting from 24.03.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Powerful bouquet with ripe fruit (apple and quince) and roasted aromas, also some vanilla. Firm and powerful on the palate with good density and extract, vivid acidity, supple, but also phenolics and with a nice tannin notion, dry and savoury, slight saltiness on the finish. Good length and certain ageing potential.
