Tasting Notes
Bright golden yellow with silvery highlights. Attractive notes of yellow tropical fruit, fresh passion fruit, baby pineapple, and peach, with floral nuances and an inviting bouquet, underpinned by lime zest. Tight, well-structured, with delicate white stone fruit, a delicate texture, a refined acidity profile, and a mineral-salty finish; still very youthful, will benefit from bottle aging.
