The red wine Chorus, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Stift Klosterneuburg has been rated in 2019 by Peter Moser with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, St. Laurent, Cabernet Franc from the region Thermenregion in Austria.
Dark ruby, purple reflections, brightening on the rim. Delicate tobacco nuances, a little herbal, cassis, black cherry fruit, hibiscus tones. Round and balanced, juicy, touch of fine oak, blackberries and roasted aromas, long lasting, already approachable.
