The white wine »Monopol« Ihringen Padoge Chardonnay GG, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Stigler has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 - 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Baden in Germany.
Very closed on the nose: slightly nutty aromas, a hint of ice candy, nougat. The wine is also inconspicuous on the palate at the time of tasting, but its high-quality phenolics and graceful proportions suggest a fine, savoury development.
