Apple, Reine Claude plum and apricot build up in the fresh fragrance, also savoury notes, some crushed rock. On the palate it shows with a savoury start and slightly phenolic tartness, not an extract monster, with fresh acidity, good drinking flow and mineral notes. Harmonious.
