Tasting Notes
It has a deep dark ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a delicate bright rim. On the nose there is a dark wild berry confit underlay, along with a nice dark chocolate aroma, a hint of violet blossom, and a note of blackberry. On the palate it is complex, juicy and elegant, with a fruity sweetness, and some oak spiciness on the finish, with oak notes and vanilla on the back palate. It is a good food wine with certain ageing potential.
