Tasting Notes
Strong golden yellow in colour. Ripe yellow peach fruit on the nose underlaid with botrytis spice, nuances of figs and honey, and a smoky minerality. Juicy, ripe honeydew melon and vineyard peach to the fore on the palate, backed by a finesse-rich acidity that is elegant and persistent. There's a tropical-fruit sweetness on the finish. Good ageing potential, in a light-footed style.
