Tasting Notes

94+
Tasting from 11.11.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Subtle use of wood, some blood orange, lemon and oat flakes. The palate develops enormous tension, on a supple, almost oily base, substance, tactile minerality and acidity assert themselves against the soft complex and determine the taste. The finish is long and aromatically still closed, hinting at great certain ageing potential.
