Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green. Fresh pear fruit with a delicate smoky undertone, a hint of grapefruit, a touch of mango, and nutty notes. Elegant, good complexity, subtle sweetness from the extract, a mineral-driven style, and a delicately spicy finish; it’s already very drinkable.
