Tasting Notes
Tangerine and blood orange, very clear, and quite delicately influenced by ageing in wooden barrels. With air contact it has more and more slate and spice. The palate has a density, which is immensely finely staged, and is powerful, but also intricate. Very young. Great ageing potential.
