Tasting from 05.12.2011

Dark ruby-garnet color with violet highlights and a subtle rim. Black berry jam with delicate leafy undertones, a hint of dried fruit, subtle balsamic aromas, a spicy bouquet, and dark minerality. Juicy cherry fruit, hints of spices, cherry-like fruit, pronounced, still somewhat assertive tannins, a salty-mineral finish—a versatile pairing for meals.
