Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green with silver reflections. The attractive bouquet has delicate aromas of fresh pear, underpinned by meadow herbs, a hint of tangerine zest and a mineral touch. Juicy, elegant and taut on the palate, with pleasantly pronounced fruit. There is a touch of white chocolate, then some apple and a saline note on the aftertaste. Definite ageing potential.
