Tasting Notes
Light golden yellow with silver reflections. Aromas of delicate meadow herbs, undertones of white tropical fruit, fresh mango and papaya and candied orange zest. The palate is tight-knit and elegant, with fine pronounced pear fruit and discreet woody notes. Lasting saline finish and already drinking well but has definite ageing potential.
