The white wine »Devon S« Riesling trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Toni Jost – Hahnenhof has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Mittelrhein in Germany.
A potpourri of fruit on the nose: yellow peach, pineapple, Mirabelle plum, candied orange peel and some slate savouriness. In the mouth the wine shows core and fullness, whilst a touch of effervescence enlivens the structure. The gentle mineral notes lead into the finish.
