Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, intense core, purple reflections, fine watery rim. On the nose, subtle toasted notes, intense aromas of blackberry confit, a smoky minerality and delicate hints of flint, a bouquet reminiscent of great Burgundies. Juicy and complex on the palate, with background notes of ripe blackberry, very well woven tannins, freshly structured and a fruity, mineral-salty finish. Great ageing potential.
