Tasting Notes
Medium carmine-garnet colour, discreetly undercoated, broad rim brightening. Delicate roasted aromas on the nose, a hint of cloves, fine red berry confit, a hint of nougat. Medium body, salty-mineral touch, vivid, still demanding tannins, delicate aftertaste of dark chocolate, certain ageing potential.
