The white wine »Gipskeuper« Sauvignon Blanc Landwein trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Vinçon-Zerrer has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Sauvignon-typical notes on the nose, but much better integrated than in the estate wine. Slightly carbonic on the palate and a lively acidity, which contrasts with a very ripe fruit. Can mature for a few more months.
