Bright golden yellow with salmon reflections. An intense bouquet with notes of quince, garden herbs, hints of bergamot and yeasty cookies. Complex on the palate with depth, a touch of salted caramel and a creamy mousse. The slightly tart note of Boskoop apple on the finish supports the unconventional style.
