Light yellow green, silver reflections. On the nose a subtle smoky-herbal savoury underlay, white pome fruit nuances, delicate fresh rhubarb. Medium complexity, white apple, vibrant acidity, seems light on its feet. A lemony-salty finish and a lively food companion.
