The red wine Ingelheimer Rheinhöhe Pinot Meunier trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Weber has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Meunier from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Immediately after pouring, it still has a somewhat reductive herbaceous taste - needs a lot of air. Then it develops very positively: red berry, smoky, ethereal, cranberry. Delicate palate flow, mild acidity, very ripe and round, very good tannin, combines fruit and smoothness, a good body with classic Burgundy elegance. And it has length.
