Finely chiseled and multi-layered aroma, crushed rock, ripe apple, fresh mango, lemon, kaffir leaf, lemongrass, fresh bay leaf. Lean and taut on the palate, purist, juicy, fresh citrus fruit, finely structured, tightly woven acidity, mineral and salty undertones, individual and very elegant.
