Tasting Notes
Bright, luminous yellow green in colour. A quite shy bouquet on the nose, with aromas that are delicately smoky, with inviting nuances of spice, underlaid with delicate stone fruit and a hint of orange zest. The palate is fruity with notes of white apple, refined almost delicate acidity, fresh and lemony on the finish with a fruity aftertaste. Needs time in the glass, the wine has definite potential for further ageing.
