Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Fine floral nuances, yet somewhat restrained bouquet, candied orange zest, a touch of vine peach and passion fruit. Juicy, white stone fruit tones, freshly structured, seems light-bodied on the palate, lemony touch, already well developed, delicately salty finish.
More about the tastingPale yellow-green in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, delicate notes of fresh mandarin, some passion fruit, inviting tropical fruit, underpinned by white berries. The palate is taut, and tightly woven, with a racy saline texture, white vine peach fruit and delicate hints of blood orange on the finish, very good ageing potential.
