Tasting Notes
Clear, brilliant yellow. Elegant fruit with spicy, earthy notes. Elegant, mineral on the palate, with beautiful fruit ripeness, but not in the foreground. The wine possesses a playful fullness and elegance that has rarely been found before. Taut minerality. Of all the Wittmanns, this is certainly the most accessible wine, but without compromising the standards of the house.
