The red wine Spätburgunder Reserve trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Wittmann has been rated in 2018 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Cherry brandy, violet pastille, well integrated new oak. On the palate entirely designed for delicacy, fine slightly grippy tannins that exert homogeneous drive for a very long time, vital acidity, and a mineral hue with closed fruit on the finish. It has high internal strength combined with finesse.
