The white wine Westhofen Kirchspiel Riesling GG, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Wittmann has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
A still yeasty aroma, but also some citrus fruit notes like tangerine. In the mouth, the wine is razor sharp, with a slightly green acidity, mineral coloured and quite dense, still seems quite monolithic at the moment. Good ageing potential.
