The white wine »Réserve« Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Wittmann has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Complex and very dense, almost closed on the nose, iodine and savoury notes closely intertwined with yellow fruit, white almond and floral notes. Soft and supple on the palate, with ripe and supporting acidity, caramel and juicy yellow fruit, full-bodied, with a mineral finish.
