Tasting Notes

88+
Tasting from 23.03.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Some caramel candy, banana, pear, a fresh cold fermentation nose with an additional dash of savouriness. Juicy, nervy on the palate, sparkling carbonic acid, a hint of green tones reinforces the slender, fresh impression. There are even slight mineral motifs on the finish. A refreshing thirst quencher for the coming warm season.
