On the nose: freshly mown hay, some apple and iodine, plus a subtle woody note. In the mouth the wine has a pronounced juiciness and fine phenolics in a fitting medium density, the ripe acidity is well integrated, the wine finishes pithy but not abruptly, but round and harmonious in an unpretentious way.
