Tasting from 25.04.2025: Ulrich Sautter

A pale salmon pink in colour. On the nose: ice candy, lime and raspberry. Also some damp stone. The palate begins with carbonic acid freshness and sweet and sour play, remains juicy and compact with medium density right onto the aromatic finish.
