Light yellow-green with silver reflections. Fine nuances of yellow bell pepper, some guava, fine herbal savouriness with cassis in the background. Substantial, the wine shows fine nuances of currants with a taut texture, fresh acidity, salty minerality and finesse. It is crisp and long lasting; a multi-faceted food companion it has good ageing potential.
