Tasting Notes

Tasting from 17.02.2021: Ulrich Sautter

A spicy nose with woody aromas, plum and cherry, spices and roasted notes. It's similarly savoury on the palate with a powerful structure and good levels of extract. The resilient tannin framework creates lots of substance and minerality with natural character. A good take on the style.
