Tasting Notes
Intensely slate-spicy, herbs, sweet cherry, cherry stone, complex and very pure, a hint of carbonic acid on the palate, pithy acidity, juicy and sinewy and almost with a bite, juicy resolution. The carbonic acid somewhat obscures the fullness.
