The red wine »Angel Hill« Syrah trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Zimmermann has been rated in 2018 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Syrah from the region Baden in Germany.
Peppery varietal savouriness, somewhat balsamic, raisiny, cherry, subtle wood. Silky, but also powerful on the palate, remains homogeneous for a long time, with a little sweetness in the fruit, the tannin gains graininess on the finish, the phenolics maturity is good.
