The non-alcoholic white wine NV »Puritas Blanc« alkoholfrei from the winery Weingut Zwölberich has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Auxerrois, Grauburgunder, Gewürztraminer from the region Nahe in Germany.
Dried yellow apple, pear tart, yeasty undertones and a hint of cinnamon sweetness on the nose. Creamy and salty on the palate, the sweetness is well integrated and appears rather fruity, now with notes of cider, followed by a delicately salty length.
