Klar strukturierter Riesling aus alten Reben in Kasel. In der Nase feinfruchtig mit mineralischer Prägung. Am Gaumen präzise und dicht, mit gut eingebundener Säure, linearer Textur und trockener Stilistik. Der Ausbau unterstreicht Herkunft und Rebalter, der Abgang ist ruhig und anhaltend. Ein ausgewogener Riesling mit Substanz und Klarheit. Ein Wein, der nicht beeilen will. Er entfaltet sich langsam und erzählt von Zeit, Ort und Geduld.
