Tasting from 01.01.2017: Peter Moser

Bright medium yellow, golden reflections. Floral oak spice, nuances of vanilla, yellow tropical fruit, some cinnamon and ginger in the background. Powerful, exotic fruit nuances, spicy wood touch at the core, fine roasted aromas, white pepper on the finish, lemony-mineral aftertaste. Terroir and varietal character are still overlaid by the woody note.
