Tasting from 08.09.2023: Peter Moser

Medium, bright golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicate notes of papaya and mango, subtle blossom honey, mineral nuances, a hint of herbal spice in the background. Powerfully juicy, elegant, ripe yellow apple, fine acidity, harmonious, subtle fruit on the finish, white pepper on the aftertaste, a complex food wine with ageing potential.
