Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Delicate notes of cesetum, ripe yellow gooseberries, some blossom honey and peach, delicate smoky savouriness. Medium body, fine fruit expression, subtle acidity, salty minerality, remains persistent, an elegant food wine with great ageing potential.
