Light yellow green, silver reflections. Delicate smoky savouriness, peppery touch underpinned by white pomaceous fruit, some cassis and raisins. Medium body, fresh structure, light-footed, pear nuances on the finish, salty aftertaste, white fruit in the echo, versatile.
